研修会でこんな資料があった。出所はどこかわからないのですが。
- ボスは部下をあごで使い、リーダーは指導する。
- ボスは権力に頼り、リーダーは善意に頼る。
- ボスは恐怖をあおり、リーダーは情熱をかき立てる。
- ボスはいつも自分本位、リーダーは全体のことを考える。
- ボスは仕事を命じ、リーダーは自ら模範を示す。
- ボスは「時間通りに集まれ」と言うだけ、リーダーは時間前に行って待っている。
- ボスは物を壊すととがめ、リーダーは壊れた物を直す。
- ボスは仕事のやり方を口で言うだけ、リーダーは実際にやってみせる。
- ボスはあくせく仕事をやらせるが、リーダーは楽しく仕事をやらせる。
- ボスは「これをやれ」と命令し、リーダーは「これをやろう」と促す。
そのとおりですね。
私のまわりには、ボスになっているやつがいっぱいいる。
ボスになってはいけない。リーダーでなければまわりはついて行かない。
これかもしれない。
